How It Works (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Order – Your provider places the lab order during your visit or via the patient portal.

  2. Draw – Our phlebotomist collects your sample on site—typically in under 10 minutes.

  3. Process & Results – We send your specimen to Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. Results are released to your patient portal, and your provider follows up with a clear plan.

Insurance & Billing

  • No clinic draw fee. Your specimen is billed by Labcorp or Quest according to your insurance benefits.

  • In-network coverage varies by plan; if you have a preferred lab, tell us at check-in.

  • Self-pay options are available through the lab; we’ll share estimated pricing when possible.

Preparing for Common Tests

  • Fasting labs (e.g., lipid panel): 8–12 hours without food; water and routine medications usually okay unless told otherwise.

  • Glucose/A1C: Follow your provider’s instructions; bring a list of medications.

  • Urine tests: Hydrate normally; avoid excessive fluids right before the sample.

  • Medication levels/hormones: Draw timing may matter—confirm the best window with your provider.
